The Leadership Connection blends coaching and community for experienced women who are carrying significant responsibility and navigating the complexity of senior roles.

It has been designed for women who are confident in their capability, but aware that leading at this level calls for greater clarity, discernment, and intentionality. Through personalised support within a trusted group environment, TLC focuses on refining how you lead, make decisions, and extend your influence – without fixing, overhauling, or starting again.

Below you will find some PDF resources and a template email to request support from your organisation or employer. 

I suggest you tailor this template to speak to your own goals and the goals and outcomes that will matter most to your organisation.

Be clear about what value you believe you’ll get from the program – focusing primarily on how your participation will benefit the business.

I have identified a senior women’s leadership coaching program that I’d like to join, facilitated by an expert coach whose work I’ve been following for some time.

The program is specifically designed for experienced professional women in senior roles, and focuses on refining how we lead, make decisions, and expand our influence. At this level, that distinction matters – it’s not about developing foundational skills, but about elevating how I operate as a leader.

One of the things that attracted me to this membership is the calibre of the peer community – a carefully selected group of senior women navigating similar complexity – along with expert masterclasses, group coaching, and bi-annual retreats that create structured space for more strategic thinking and growth.

The investment for the membership is AUD $850 +GST per month (TLC Membership) or AUD $1,200 +GST per month (TLC VIP, which includes monthly 1:1 coaching with Jane). (Select the option you are applying for.)
